The Caesar's Griffin 18 are shown in Pompeii. All Orlandi Statuary products are shipped in the color shown unless the customer special orders a different color. Each Orlandi piece is Custom Made to order; therefore there are NO returns on Statuary and the delivery time is increased to 3-6 weeks.

RETURN POLICY:

Items being Returned within 10 days of purchase will be issued a credit to the original form of payment upon receipt of the product in its original packaging.

Items being returned after 10 days of purchase will be issued a store credit via e-mail upon receipt of the product in its original packaging.

Custom or Special Order Products are not eligible for return.

How to Return Products:
Customers should phone Delightfully Different Home to obtain a Return Authorization number. Delightfully Different Home will provide the return address to use upon receipt of the Return Authorization number.

The customer is responsible for the return freight cost. Products should be sent via US Parcel, FED EX or UPS within 10 Days of the receipt of the Return Authorization number.

*Product(s) must be in original vendor packaging to be accepted for return.

Once the product is received back to Delightfully Different Home a credit will be issued to the original payment account.
