All of the Silk Floral creations you see in our Floral Gallery are designed specifically for our unique customers.  Enjoy browsing through some of our past designs to help you gain ideas.  We can recreate something you see or we can custom prepare a design specifically for you!

RETURN POLICY:

  • Items being Returned within 10 days of purchase will be issued a credit to the original form of payment upon receipt of the product in its original packaging.

 

  • Items being returned after 10 days of purchase will be issued a store credit via e-mail upon receipt of the product in its original packaging.

 

  • Custom or Special Order Products are not eligible for return.


How to Return Products:
Customers should phone Delightfully Different Home to obtain a Return Authorization number.  Delightfully Different Home will provide the return address to use upon receipt of the Return Authorization number.

The customer is responsible for the return freight cost.  Products should be sent via US Parcel, FED EX or UPS within 10 Days of the receipt of the Return Authorization number.

*Product(s) must be in original vendor packaging to be accepted for return.

Once the product is received back to Delightfully Different Home a credit will be issued to the original payment account.
